I’ve been consuming tea since childhood. Early morning, after waking up, we drink tea and after food if we over eat, then we consume sunga saah for digestion. Tea has been prevalent among our Tai community since early days but it has never been mentioned in books. I started my tea profession since 2000. First I planted 7 bigha tea garden. Then gradually, I increased my capacity. Since the beginning my tea farm has been natural. We are farmers, our parents were farmers, we grew up in a farming background/ environment. So the trees we planted, were planted naturally without the use of chemicals. Back then, the thought of using chemicals didn’t exist.We never knew it existed.
